The McNutt House is your home for parties. The main floor provides ample space as a business meeting room for 5 to 40 persons. It also is well suited for banquets and parties of any type to include a reception, rehearsal dinner, wedding party, engagement party, bachelor or bachelorette party, birthday party, retirement celebration, family or class reunion. In addition to the meeting rooms, we offer our large and lovely terraced courtyard as a venue site for garden weddings, class and family reunions, graduation party or simply as a site to hold a social.

Our facility is the ideal location to hold a business meeting. Our meeting rooms can accommodate approximately 36 persons conformably and are also an excellent venue location for any special occasion. Choice of 5' round tables and 6' rectangular tables. The facilities are well suited for parties of most types to include birthday party, a family or class reunion, anniversary party, Bar Mitzvah party, banquet rooms, business meetings, as training facilities or informal meeting rooms. The courtyard has several locations suitable for garden weddings and ample space for mix and mingling social events such as retirement celebrations, graduation parties and reunions.

The McNutt House

The first floor of the main house meeting rooms are an ideal setting for smaller events of all types to include business meetings, banquets, rehearsal dinners, baby and wedding showers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, family and other type reunions, social events, as training facilities or any other type gathering or special event you may have. The parlor and adjoined dining room can accommodate 50 persons for an intimate wedding or standing social, and approximately 36 persons for banquets based on type tables selected and their layout. The adjacent sunroom has a wet bar perfect for social events as well as a buffet and ample floor space for use by your caterer as their staging area.

You will find the McNutt House to be an excellent facility to host your event and our rates to be very competitive.

The Courtyard

If you are planning an outdoor event you need look no further. The McNutt House has a lovely terraced courtyard with multiple spots perfect for a small garden wedding. The large deck overlooking the gardens and water feature is shaded by one of the area's oldest Japanese Magnolia trees. The paths, patios, deck and gazebo area offer ample mix and mingling space for very large social events, reunions, retreats and company picnics.

Maggie's Hall

  • Pictured is the living room of the McNutt Suite situated at the top of the staircase in the main house. This suite is perfectly suited for use as a Hospitality Suite or as the bride's dressing chamber. Additional suites and rooms may be made available for use by the groom and out of town family members.
  • A fully equipped kitchen (Magill House) along with BBQ grills may be made available for keeping food warm or to prepare anything from hor d'ouerves to a feast.
